Our real estate virtual assistant provides remote administrative support to real estate agents, property managers and owners, managing tasks like scheduling appointments, handling client communication, managing property listings on various platforms, creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and maintaining online presence, all while ensuring smooth communication between clients, agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions; essentially acting as a remote administrative and marketing support system for a real estate business.
Services Covered:
Client Communication: Responding to enquiries from potential clients, scheduling property viewings, managing communication with buyers and sellers, and updating them on transaction progress.
Administrative Tasks: Managing bookings and calendars, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, preparing contracts and documents, and managing data entry.
Listing Management: Creating and updating property listings on MLS (host away) and various online platforms, ensuring accuracy of details and attractive presentation.
Basic Content Management: Updating and maintaining the real estate agent's website with new listings and content.
Market Research: Analysing market trends, competitor listings, and property values to inform pricing strategies.
Marketing Support: Designing and preparing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote listings.
